Home staging is very important when selling your home. Here at Hereford Concierge we understand that you don’t want to invest money in a home which you are selling. Which is why we have came up with three low cost packages to help you achieve your goal and save you time and effort.
Starting with a 1 hour consultation. Two of our experienced lifestyle managers will come to your home and discuss with you room by room what we’d recommend to make your home more appealing to buyers.
Price: £30
We will come back to implement the changes we’ve recommended. Whether that’s making the most of what you already have, decluttering, rearranging furniture or just giving the place a good old clean.
This is charged at £15 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
If you decide that you’d like to invest in new accessories, furniture or home improvements to add glamour, with the aim of achieving the best price and a quick sale then all we need is your budget and we can take it from there. Ensuring that you get the maximum results for your budget. We have a list of trusted tradesmen we can call upon for any decorating or maintenance requirements.

Home Cleaning and Decluttering
With the demands of modern life, finding the time for housework is becoming increasingly difficult. Even one hour per week to clean the bathrooms and change the bedding can make a huge difference to your life. We provide regular weekly cleans or carry out one off special occasion deep cleans.

We are a team with an extensive portfolio of home moving. We can pack your belongings safely and in a fraction of the time it will take you. It’s not uncommon to seek help when purchasing gifts. As women who love to shop, we pride ourselves on having a finger on the high street pulse, so coming up with imaginative ideas is second nature to us. Gift sourcing is charged at 15% of the gift budget with addition costs for recourses like parking.
Now that you’ve found the perfect gift you know that giving is far more rewarding than receiving and the wrapping is just as important as the gift so we’ve gone the extra mile by seeking training from the world famous Jane Means to ensure we can deliver a perfectly wrapped present that expresses how individual the receiver is. Prices start from £3.75.
